Jonea Gene Boysen, owner of Jonea Gene Copywriting & Consulting, was recently awarded with the American Marketing Association’s highest credential, the Professional Certified Marketer (PCM) designation, in the February 1^st Edition of Marketing News.  The PCM designation requires honorees to demonstrate a continued excellence and growth in the marketing profession through: 1) excellence of education, 2) professional accomplishment, 3) agreement to high ethical standards, and 4) the passing of a comprehensive marketing exam.    

“I am extremely honored to be awarded this designation,” said Boysen. “I just try to do the best job I can in creating copy for clients that is sales-driven, results-oriented, on time and within budget-and have strived to do this for every client with integrity on each and every project.”

Boysen is active member of the business community as an Ambassador for three area chambers: the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce (Ambassador Chair and December Ambassador of the Month), the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce (December and January Ambassador of the Month) and the North Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce (December Ambassador of the Month). 

Boysen works on projects ranging from websites to brochures, and from sales letters to comprehensive marketing plans.  One of Boysen’s areas of expertise lies in the creation of naturally optimized website content.  Local companies Boysen has recently done work for include: Conway National Bank, North Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce, R. Richardson Interiors and Southern Coast Vacations (the local vacation rental division of Weichert Realtors).
